If your located in the USA YES!
If your from overseas, MAYBE. We do not ship to the following countries; Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Burma, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway.
Where is your kratom sent from?
Our corporation is located in Nevada, USA, thus all orders are processed from there. The closer you are located to Nevada the quicker your shipment will arrive. The farther away you are located the longer it will take to arrive.
What kind of packages do you use?
Your privacy is very important for us. Your order will be sent in an extremely discrete envelope and no sensational text or markings will appear on or inside the package.
Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?
Orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day, holidays, natural disasters, power outages, acts of war, & sundays aside.
What are the shipping methods used?
Currently we offer all services provided by USPS & FedEx. Select your shipping option by speed, or select by price, the choice is always yours with us.
I am located outside the USA, can my order be delayed at customs?
If this happened, you'll be informed by customs normally. They have the right to hold and inspect all incoming shipments for contraband. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will try to help resolve the problem.
